RSHE Curriculum

At Roding Primary School, our Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) curriculum is designed to equip pupils with the knowledge, skills, and values they need to navigate relationships and personal development confidently and responsibly. Rooted in respect, empathy, and inclusivity, our intent is to foster a safe and supportive environment where students learn to form positive, healthy relationships, understand the importance of consent, and appreciate diversity in all its forms.

We aim to provide age-appropriate, evidence-based teaching that empowers pupils to make informed choices, understand their rights and responsibilities, and embrace their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Our curriculum aligns with statutory guidelines while reflecting our school’s ethos of kindness and mutual respect, preparing students for life in a diverse and evolving world.
